Diamante citron is a variety found nowhere else in the world.
It is grown exclusively in Calabria, in a microclimate of mild winters and intense summers, where sea breezes move through orchards and fields carrying the fragrance of fruit that ripens slowly.
From this extraordinary citron comes an extract that is deep, fragrant and unmistakable. An essence that is never forced, but gently infused and supported by selected aromatic herbs and roots, according to a balance shaped with care.
The result is a bitter with a warm, enveloping character, where the natural green colour of the liquid, in contact with ice, delivers an immediate sense of freshness and visual beauty even before the first sip.
