Ogni anno, rabbini provenienti da diverse parti del mondo si recano a <\/span>Santa Maria del Cedro<\/b>, in Calabria, per selezionare i frutti destinati alla celebrazione della festa di <\/span>Sukkoth<\/b>. \u00c8 un rito che si rinnova nel tempo, legato a una tradizione antica e a criteri di scelta rigorosi, tramandati da generazioni.<\/span><\/p>\n

Questo \u00e8 uno dei segni pi\u00f9 evidenti del valore culturale e simbolico del <\/span>cedro calabrese<\/b>, oggi riconosciuto con la <\/span>Denominazione di Origine Protetta<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>Tra le variet\u00e0 esistenti, il <\/span>Cedro Liscio Diamante<\/b> cresce esclusivamente in questo territorio, dove la natura ha creato condizioni difficilmente replicabili.<\/span><\/p>\n
